Behavioral Habit Analysis

I am wondering what to write today but it’s after months I am trying to put something properly, because my thoughts are too vague right now. But I hope I clear the point here. As I see nature around, I become happy and peaceful, similarly when I see people in trouble or trying hard to fight their helplessness over something and they just keep on trying with zero results, not even bothering about it, about the reality around or the situation which is not changing and keep on ignoring the facts in the name of self esteem, which is just a temporary self esteem, Trust me that feel is so hopeless, It’s bad and.. sad for us (the viewer), because we at the moment are observing them ! I’ll give an example to ease this thought, you might have come across or know any person, when you want them to realize something about themselves or about their in-built behavior, then they will just act out of too pride and won’t accept it, or say they will end up acting on the point you were trying to explain and consider but still has no guilt or at least basic courtesy, or logic to have a thought on this, and they’ll be the same again after some time. And by in-built I mean they’ve been like this only, from years and they think this is the part of their whole existence and don’t just realize they need to change few habits, behavior of theirs. When I see such people complaining about their situations or by just staying the same and not acting on anything in life, My mind is like “this try of yours.. is not hard enough Man, or if it is, you really need to learn and understand analytics”. Some people just want superfast results, but things take time.. to improve and grow or change. Any change, good or bad can not be a sudden change, right, as we know, No Change is drastic, so you will know, you get the signs or say those gut feelings that something in me is changing and you must be able to understand it and take actions accordingly or else then what’s the point in being Human! We need to analyze and understand the patterns of us,.. around us! And when you fail to do that, the things which I said at the start of this article commences and that eats you up slowly, over time. Reality is, You will grow with the change and for that growth, you will have to accept it first, make space and time for new things in life and try that for real.

Dejected times are always going to be there, but what matters is to lift up yourself and cheer the ability to do things in life. Even if things are too hard or you feel like letting it go, please try to be positive and say this to yourself out loud that you will get through. I like to be optimist even when things are way too far from my favor, but yes I do practice optimism, and I have experienced positive results, and this is making me believe in that saying, “the universe tries to align things right for you!” And this really happens, only when you get up and act, it won’t happen just by sitting or in one day. In the process you must accept the changes or adapt somewhere, you might have to give up on few things, people or habits which are just restricting you from moving forward. And If you can’t deal with it, then just drop the idea. People just accept the situations, fate, defeats…and blame it on helplessness, but helplessness is actually a sign, a person needs to take some action, be it anything dude, if you don’t know the correct way to tackle that situation at the moment, you do other stuff and get yourself busy in something, something that will add a plus point in your existence, this will help you to stay away from many of bad or other addictive habits. If you will understand and learn your behavioral psychology, you will have the power to create better habits for yourself. You’ll start being thankful for small moments in life and appreciate those little things. I wont give examples of successful people, because successful people even were the ones who felt the most, but they didn’t stick to the negative part of that feeling! Right!
